Christine Dail of St. Augustine, FL died suddenly at her home on October 6, 2011.
Christine was born in Moline, IL on May 23, 1946 to Joe and Frances Sisk. She was
a student at St. Anne's School in East Moline and United Township High School.
She was a homemaker and provided cleaning services. Recently, she modified
shrimp nets for her neighbors and customers in the surrounding area.
She is survived by her son Charlie (Anessa) Dail of St. Augustine, her beloved
granddaughter Lani Dail, and her sister Mary (Richard) Pilcher of Rock Island, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Robert Sisk.
Dales, Elsie Mary
Ms. Elsie Mary Dales, 78, a longtime resident of Green Cove Springs, passed away
Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at her residence. Ms. Dales was born July 16, 1933 in Beefhide,
Kentucky to the late Noah and Esta (Hall) Reddy. She was a former member of Shiloh
Baptist Church and was a longtime homemaker. She is survived by her Son, Randy Coleman
of Green Cove Springs; Grandchildren, Daphne Hunter of Lake City, Isaiah Coleman of
Middleburg, and Ethan Coleman of Green Cove Springs; Great Grandchildren, Rhianna Moon
of Lake City, and Jeanne Paul Coleman of Georgia; and her Sister, Velva Hall Elswick
of Virginia. A Graveside service will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 at 11 a.m. in

DARBY, TIMOTHY DONALD
Mr. Timothy Donald Darby, 45, passed away suddenly on Saturday May 21,
2011 at his residence in Middleburg. He was preceded in death by his
father, Gregory Thomas Darby. He is survived by his daughter, Charity
Lynn, and two sons, Christopher & Elijah. His family includes his
mother, Donna Darby, his sister Susan Gallagher, brother Michael and
sister Jennifer Ter Molen (Matthew). He was an active, involved uncle
to six nephews, Stephen Darby, Andrew Ter Molen, Patrick Jacobs, Perry
Ter Molen, Ryan Ter Molen and Robert Jordan Darby. The family asks that

Robert “Bob” A. Dasilva, Sr. age 64, passed away Thursday September 1,
2011. He was born in Fall River, Massachusetts and had lived in Clay
County since 1983. He retired from the US Navy after 30 years of
service.
Survivors include his wife Sabrina S. Dasilva, son Bobby Dasilva,
daughters Cindy Robbins and Dawn Marie Alvarliz , brothers
Jimmy and Bill Dasilva, sister Mary Dasilva amd 7 grandchildren.
Graveside service was held Friday, September 9, in Jacksonville National
Cemetery, Jacksonville FL at 11:00 AM with Pastor Steve Thomas

DAUGHTERY, CLINTON DANIEL
Mr. Clinton Daniel Daughtery, 34, of Middleburg, Fla., passed away
suddenly on Saturday, August 13, 2011. He was born on April 7, 1977.
Left to mourn his passing is his stepson, Austin M. Daughtery;
daughter, Tristan D. Daughtery; parents, Christal and Daniel Daughtery;
brother, Jason. W. Daughtery and many aunts, uncles, cousin’s nieces,
nephews, and good friends who will dearly miss him. He now joins his
brother, Lee M. Daughtery and many other loved ones who have already
gone to heaven. Clinton you will be dearly missed by your whole family.

Davis, Sallie Joan
Sallie Joan McElroy Davis of Orange Park, Florida went to celebrate Easter with her
Heavenly Father Saturday, April 7, 2012. She was born March 26, 1932 to Horace and
Berta McElroy in Tate County, Mississippi. The McElroy family came to Orange Park
in 1946. Joan was a member of the Women of the Moose, Lake Shore, FL Chapter 1495,
and Island View Baptist Church. She worked in medical records at Moosehaven for 28
years before retiring.
Joan is predeceased by her parents, and her sister, Carol L. LeFebvre. She is
survived by her husband of 61 years, Marvin E. Davis; three daughters, Claire D.
Smith, Melissa D. West, and Martha D. Boatright (Brian); seven grandchildren, Kelly
Smith, Josh Smith (Lori), Andrew West, Allison Mattox (Bruce), Robin Catbagan
(Neilson), Anja Boatright, and Calla Boatright; one great-grandson, Owen Catbagan;
numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Funeral Services in celebration of her life will be Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at
10:00 a.m. at the Moosehaven Chapel in Orange Park with Pastor Kevin Collison officiating.
The family will greet friends at the Chapel at 9:00 a.m. before the service. Interment
will be at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.

DECKER, ELMER RALPH III
Elmer Ralph Decker, III of 2058 Pleasant Stream Road, Trout Run, PA died
on Thursday September 15, 2011 following a brief illness. He was
retired from the Fire and Safety Department of Bethlehem Steel in
Williamsport, PA. He was preceded in death by his father Elmer R.
Decker Jr, his mother Edna Grace Loomis and his brother Donald E.
Decker. Survivors include his wife Dorothy Decker, sister Cindy (Ron)
Baker, daughter Jennifer (Scott) Winters, son Bryan (Sher) Decker all of
Middleburg, FL, six grandchildren, Sinaed, Travis, Lexi, Bailee, Melissa
and Tyler as well as several nieces, nephews, other family members, and
many friends. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Russell Baptist
Church, Green Cove Springs, FL, with burial to follow in Russell Haven
of Rest Cemetery with Rev. Ron Baker officiating. Visitation with the

DEMARCO, PHILIP J.
Philip J. DeMarco, recently of Blackshear, Ga., passed away Wednesday
April 13, 2011 at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla., from complications
due to injuries sustained in a car accident in front of his home on
July 29th, 2007. He was a native of Franklin, NJ and a long time
resident of Jacksonville and Roswell, Ga. He was the first child of
Ann and Philip Dignardi of Rome, Ga. As a very young man he served in
the Army at the end of the Vietnam era. Following military service, he
entered law enforcement. Once serving as a police officer, private
investigator and forensics during his career. At the time of his
catastrophic life altering car accident, he worked as a loss prevention
agent with Beall’s for the southeast Georgia region. He along with
his wife Patricia, enjoyed simple living, traveling, art and
photography. The DeMarco’s are members of World Harvest Church of God in
Waycross, Ga. He will always be remembered for his undying strength
and drive for living.
His cousin Scott Mangone and sister in-law JoAnn Marie DeLessio
preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Patricia; parents,
Ann and Philip Dignardi; brothers: Michael, Mark, and Steven Dignardi;
sisters, Cindy Beeman, Dawn Mele and their families; in-laws, Isabel and
Phillip DeLessio, Phil Jr. with wife Susan, and their children Daniele,
Dana & Jake; Mark DeLessio; Best Man and Best Friend Christopher
DeLessio; several loving loyal friends; extended family; and pets:
Bandit, Trisha Dee, Archie Bear, Peaches Marie, Jolena Bea, and Chance
Man. A memorial will take place Saturday April 30 at World Harvest
Church of God, 3205 Memorial Drive, Waycross, Ga., 31501 with Pastor

Missy DeMay, 45, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2012. She
was born on May 29, 1966 in Valdosta, GA. She is survived by her parents, Michael E.
and Linda K. Barrett; husband, Jerry L. DeMay; son, Zach DeMay; daughters, Amanda
Berry, Nicole DeMay and Kayla DeMay; brother, Andy Christenson; grandchildren, Amari
Bush, Jayden West and Hadlee Glisson as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and

Mr. Victor Demidon, 60, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2011 in
Middleburg, Fla. He was born in Munich, Germany and moved to Middleburg
8 years ago from New Jersey, where he had lived for 45 years. He is
survived by his wife, Ramona Demidon; son, James (Nancy-Ann) Cole;
daughter, Tami (Gene) Demidon; brother, Nickolai (Ruth) Demidon; sister,
Vera Jackson; and 3 grandchildren: Christopher, Larissa and James.

DEMSKI, TERRI LEHMAN
Mrs. Terri Lehman Demski, 48, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday,
April 7, 2011, surrounded by her family after a 6-month battle with lung
cancer. She was born December 19, 1962, at Naval Air Station, Patuxent
River, MD, to Dorothy Davidson Lehman, and the late John J. Lehman, Sr.
She was the youngest of 3 siblings, and formerly married to Scott R.
Demski. She graduated from Leonardtown High School, Leonardtown,
MD in 1980. Her most accomplished role was as loving mother and she was
passionate about the individual achievements of her children. She loved
gardening, painting, and was an avid Jaguars football & Seminoles
basketball fan. Full of pride in August 2010, she enrolled at
Florida College Jacksonville, completing her first semester with
straight A’s. Terri had an infectious enthusiasm for life, evidenced
in the past 6 months as she maintained a positive outlook throughout
her challenging ordeal, always encouraging family and friends to do the
same. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by
her 3 daughters Jessica Lee Demski, of Lakeland; Erica Leeann Demski, of
Gainesville; Rebecca Lyn Demski, of Lakeland; son Kevin Demski;
daughter, Rachel Demski –Vonch, and granddaughter, Jocelyn all of
Ilinois; mother, Dorothy L. Lehman, Orange Park; sister, Barbara A.
Lehman, Prince Frederick, MD; brother, John J. Lehman, Jr., Cudjoe Key;
nephews Andrew & Scott Musegades, of Prince Frederick, MD. A

Denicola, Michael Anthony
October 14, 2007 - January 14, 2012
Michael Anthony Denicola, son of Christina Anne Herring and Anthony Dennis Denicola Jr
flew away a little after 2:00 pm on the 14th day of January 2012. He was 4 years and 3
months to the day, and a remarkable individual that brought warmth and joy to everyone
he encountered. We will always keep his smile deep in our hearts, as he has captured
all our souls. We will always love him. Funeral service will be held Friday at 10:00 AM
in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park,

DESHAZO, JOHN PASCAL
Mr. John Pascal DeShazo, of Middleburg, Fla., passed away on Friday,
January 23, 2009, at the age of 62. He attended Auburn University for a
short while prior to joining the Navy in 1967. He was a career Navy man
and retired as a Master Chief after 27 years of patriotic service to his
country. He was preceded in death by his parents, James R. and Sarah
Stone DeShazo of Moody, Ala.; stepmother, Ruby Lee DeShazo of Moody,
Ala.; and his son Jared Keith DeShazo of Leeds, Ala. He is survived by
his wife, Jan DeShazo of Middleburg; daughter, Jennifer Dykes (Ernest)
of Leeds, Ala.; son, Jeremy Kyle DeShazo of Leeds, Ala.; brother, James
Edward DeShazo (Othal) of Debary, Fla.; and seven grandchildren, as well
as step-sons, Rob Stolting and Glen Stolting; step-daughters, Charlene
Bole and Cherie Joseph; nine step-grandchildren. A Memorial Service was
held at the American Legion Post in Middleburg on Saturday, February 7
where he was a Past Commander and served as 2nd Vice Commander until his
death. He was also a life member of the VFW in Middleburg. The family
would like to thank the Acosta-Rua branch of Community Hospice for their
excellent care of him in his final days. Jacksonville is blessed to have
such an organization. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial

Dickinson, Alice Bonnell
Alice Bonnell Dickinson passed away December 5, 2011 at Orange Park Medical Center,
Orange Park, Florida.
Alice was born August 30, 1933 to Harry S. and Allie Ruth (Knott) McBurnett. Alice
met and married the love of her life, Robert Edward Dickinson, with whom she shared
57 years of marriage and many summers together at their cottage on Lake Wesserunsett
in Madison, ME. Alice retired as a Media Center Assistant with more than 25 years
of service in both the Duval County, Florida and the Massachusetts school systems.
She was a 49-year member of The Order Of The Eastern Star.
She was a loving wife, mother, co-worker and friend to all who knew her and
share our loss. Alice leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband Robert E.
(Bob) Dickinson, daughter Susan (Dickinson) Britten and husband Dave of Pfafftown,
NC, son Robert W. Dickinson and wife Charlene of Ft. Worth, TX, daughter Paula (Dickinson)
High and husband Ted of Middleburg, FL, brother Harry (Bill) McBurnett, six grandchildren,
two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her
parents, two brothers and one sister.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Laos and the entire physician
and nursing staff of the Critical Care Unit at Orange Park Medical Center for their
kindness, compassion and dignified care of Alice during her hospitalization.

Mrs. Catherine H. (Ross) DiGioia, age 93, a resident of Penney Farms, FL formerly
of Martha’s Vineyard, MA died Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the Pavilion for Health
Care at Penney Farms.
She was born on October 4, 1918 in Holyoke, MA the daughter of the late David A.
and Bessie O. (Hamilton) Ross.
Prior to her retirement she was employed as a Registered Nurse.
She is survived by her son Richard Clark (Carolyn) of West Simsbury, CT.
Two grandchildren: Patricia Clark and Elizabeth Clark and one great grandchild:

Dillard, Ed
Ed Dillard, 69, was born May 21st, 1942 to Leonard and Marjorie Dillard and was the
second of three children. Bro. D went to meet his Saviour on February 18th, 2012 at
5:02 A.M. at Kindred Hospital in Green Cove Springs, Florida. He was preceded in
death by his parents and his only son, Mark Edwin Dillard. Survivors include his
wife of over fifty years, Johnnie Ruth; his two daughters: Stacy, married to James
Thurman; and Jennilyn, married to Matt McMullin. Also missing him dearly are his
pride and joy, his grandchildren: Aja Thurman-22, Austin Thurman-13, Alex Thurman-12,
Jack McMullin-6 and Luke McMullin-4. Mr. Dillard is also survived by his brother
Don Dillard, married to Mildred; and his sister Judy Legate, married to Maurice;
all who reside in Springfield, Missouri; many nieces and nephews including Rebecca
Hinz, married to Donnis; who resides in Orange Park, Florida and is like a daughter
to him. Ed Dillard was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church for over 11 years.
He loved his church family so much. The pastor, Dr. Ken Pledger and Sunday School
teacher, Bro. Marvin Chaffin were dear friends to him. The Memorial Service will be
at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25th, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1532 Long Bay
Road, Middleburg, Florida. Officiating the service will be Pastor Ken Pledger.

Ms. Sally Sue Dinning 90, of Putnam Hall passed away on Wednesday May
25, 2011. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 29, 1920 to the late
Louis B. and Joretta (Bradley) Hensley and was a homemaker. She was of
the Christian Faith and was also a swimming coach for Sailors. She was
preceded in death by her husband, James Smith Dinning., and is survived
by her daughter, Robin J. Dinning of Putnam Hall and several

DOBELSTEIN, ROBERT E.
Mr. Robert E. Dobelstein, 83, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011 at
Village Oaks in Fort Wayne. Born in Bridgeport, CT, he was a Pilot for
the US Navy for 25 years, retired with the rank of Lt Cdr. He served
with Navy squadrons VF- 43, VF-174 and VF-102. During his duty with the
Navy, he served as a fighter pilot and electronics officer, flight
instructor, training officer, nuclear weapons training officer and as an
all weather pilot. He designed the VF-102 Squadron's Diamondbacks
logo/patch that is still in use today. He served on the carriers U.S.S.
Midway, U.S.S. Coral Sea, U.S.S. Franklin D. Roosevelt and the U.S.S.
Intrepid. His favorite aircraft by far was the Corsair F4U-4. "Robert
was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend." He is survived
by his wife, Sally Dobelstein in of Fort Wayne; daughters, Melody A.
(Charles) Felger of Fort Wayne, and Jeanne Gail (Lee) Simpson of
Middleburg, FL; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3
grandchildren-in-law; one step-great-grandchild; brother, Elliott E.
(Francis) Dobelstein of Pensacola, FL; and sisters, Edith Lane of NC,
and Dorothea (Cloyd) Toney of Bushnell, FL. Robert was preceded in death

Mrs. Sally L. Dobelstein, 81, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011 at
Golden Years Homestead in Fort Wayne. Born in Tarentum, Pa., Sally and
her husband Robert were married 60 years and died just one week apart.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Surviving are
her daughters, Melody A. (Charles) Felger of Fort Wayne and Jeanne
Gail (Lee) Simpson of Middleburg; sister, Marjorie Books of Anchorage,
AK.; brothers in law, John Cronan of Sun City Center, Fl. and Ed Wolff
of Parrish Fl, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 3 grandchildren
in law and 1 step great grandchild. Sally was preceded in death by her
husband, Robert Dobelstein, son, Robert Mark Dobelstein, sisters, Doris

DOERR, MARGIE
Margie Doerr passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2011, in the Moosehaven
Life Care Center at the age of 82. She
was 1 of 14 children born to Elton and Julia Cranmer on January 26,
1928 in Vincetown, NJ. She worked 15 years for the State of New
Jersey as a Revenue Department Clerk in the Taxation Division. She is
survived by two daughters, Sandra Merry and Charlene Fenimore, five
sisters, Virginia Hazel, Betty Cranmer, Gail Hollaran, Vivian DeChamps
and Norma Davis and three brothers Earl, Howard and Leo Cranmer.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 17 followed by entombment in

Mildred Georgiana Doxey, 89, of Penney Farms, FL, passed away Thursday,
September 8, 2011. She was born on May 9, 1922 in Schenectady, New York
to Alexander and Georgina Christison. Mrs. Doxey was predeceased by her
beloved husband, George A. Doxey Sr. in 2007, daughter-in-law and two
grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, George A. Doxey, Jr.
(Cynthia) of Clarksville, TN, Paul W. Doxey (Karen) of Wheaton, IL, and
Alan D. Doxey (Kathy) of Champagne, IL; a sister, Peggy Stansel (Wayne)

DRIGGERS, CLARA M.
Ms. Clara M. Driggers, 66, of Green Cove Springs, Fla., passed away on
Thursday, February 26, 2009. She was born to Harvey and Ronnie Lane on
December 29, 1942, in Jesup, Ga., but lived most of her life in the Clay
County and surrounding areas. She was an active member of Sunrise
Baptist Church and she worked for the Clay County Council on Aging.
Survivors include two loving daughters, Lori (Charlie) LeRoy and Rhonda
Barber; a brother, Ward (Diane) Lane; a sister, Florence Harris; and a
beloved grandson, Jeremy. Funeral services were held Monday, March 2 at
Living Waters Worship Center officiated by Pastor Gene Janda. Interment

DUDLEY, LARRY WENZEL
Mr. Larry Wenzel Dudley, 65 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 4
2011. He was born shortly after his brother Garry, an identical twin,
Sept 15, 1945 in Houston TX to Justein Osment (mother) and William
Warren Dudley (father). Larry was raised by his step-father (Welton
Richard “Red” Osment). He was a devoted husband, loving dad, proud
grandpa, caring uncle and brother-in-law. He proudly served in the
United States Marine Corps for 23 years, first enlisting and then as a
commissioned officer, retiring as a Major. He was a Vietnam veteran and
Phantom pilot, completing 53 combat missions over Southeast Asia. He
graduated from the Navy fighter weapons school “Top Gun”. He attended
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University earning a Bachelor and Master’s
degree and subsequently teaching for the University years later on the
subjects of aircraft accident investigation and project management. He
was a Project Management Professional and past president of the
Jacksonville PMI chapter. He is survived by his wife Nellie, daughters,
Barbara Beck (Sidney) and Elizabeth Baker (David Thornton-fiancé), and
sons, Brian McQuaid (Jenny) and Richard Dudley. Larry is also survived
by his mother, Justein, sister, Marjorie Landgrebe (Vic), and brother
Garry (Tina). Larry was the proud Papa of Katelyn, Austin, Kayla,
Megan, Garrett, and Jason. He was a wonderful neighbor, friend and
mentor to many. A Memorial Mass was held Friday, June 10, at St
Catherine’s Catholic Church, Orange Park, Fla.
Duerk, Robin-Gene Alden
Robin-Gene Alden Duerk, 64, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Monday, April 9, 2012.
She was born on February 29, 1948 in Englewood, NJ to parents Robert and Gene (Willis)
Duerk. Robin moved to the local area 9 years ago from Brooklyn, NY. Ms. Duerk was of
the Christian faith and was a member of Old First Reformed Church in Brooklyn, NY for
the past 29 years. In her spare time she enjoyed photography, flowers, playing the piano
and singing. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and sister. She is preceded
in death by both of her parents and is survived by her loving son, Ian Duncan Duerk;
sister, Becky Manfredini (Matthew Jaffe); niece, Jenny Reznick (Michael) and great-nephew,

DUGGER, OVEDA HARVEY
Mrs. Oveda Harvey Dugger, 79, of Middleburg, Fla., passed away Wednesday
May 4, 2011. She was born in Sanderson, Fla. and moved to Jacksonville and
has lived in Middleburg for the past 53 years. She worked as computer operator
with NAPA Auto Parts Distribution Center, Jacksonville for 39 years.
She attended the Middleburg United Methodist Church and was the Co-captain
of the 1949 Sanderson High School Girls State Basketball Championship team.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Dugger and her daughter
Linda Browning Harver. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Harvey of Middleburg;
her two sons, Robbie Dugger of Palm Coast and Ronnie Dugger of Middleburg; 11
grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were
held Friday May 6, at the Cedar Creek Church, Sanderson, Fla. with the Rev.
George Leslie Dugger officiating and assisted by Rev. Wayne Williams.
Interment will be in Turner Cemetery, Glen St. Mary, Fla. Guerry Funeral Home
420 E. Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny Fla. is in charge of arrangements.
DULLAS, ERNESTO G.
A Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of the life of Ernesto G. Dullas,
age 75 of Orange Park, was held on Wednesday April 27 at St. Catherine’s Catholic
Church, 1649 Kingsley Ave., Orange Park with Fr. James R. Boddie, Jr., Celebrant.
He was born September 9, 1935 in Botolan, Zambales, Philippines, the son of
Teodorico and Aquilino Dullas. He retired from the U.S. Navy
following 27 years of dedicated service. He later attended school
and became a chef. In addition to his cooking, he had a love of
fishing, gardening, dancing, his membership at St. Catherine’s, the
Bayanihan Club, and most importantly time well spent with his
grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 46
years, Maria Abrigo Dullas; his sons Erwin (Samantha), Ernesto, Jr.
(Enid), Eric, and Earl (Charry); his grandchildren Leilani, Elise,
Enzo, Elan, Nelia, and Noah; also many other loving family members

DUNKLE, EUGENE ‘GENE”
Mr. Eugene “Gene” Dunkle passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011, in Orange
Park, Fla., at the age of 92. He was born to Frank and Gertrude Dunkle
on February 22, 1919 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He married Valaria Ross
on October 18, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri. They had four sons, James,
Sam, Tom and Buddy. He was a WW II Veteran serving in the Army Air Core
as a mechanic for twenty years. He received an Honorable Discharge with
the grade of Staff Sergeant. He received the good conduct medal and the
Air Force Longevity Service Award. He worked for Kline’s Power Sweeping
for many years retiring in 1985. He became affiliated with the Loyal
Order of Moose on January 21, 1981 when he joined the Vacaville,
California Lodge #1967 and a member of the Twin Rivers, California Moose
Legion #207. He served as Legion Secretary for several years and
enjoyed helping cook the Sunday morning breakfast at the Lodge. Gene
sponsored 23 members in to the Moose. He received the Fellowship
Degree on September 25, 1993. Gene and his wife, Val, came to
Moosehaven on March 2, 1999. Val preceded him in death on August 4,
2002. Gene and Val loved dancing and attending various Moose
functions. He enjoyed listening to music, watching old movies and making
latch hook rugs. He also liked to play darts and shuffle board. Funeral
Services were held Thursday, June 23, 2011 in the Moosehaven Chapel
followed by entombment in the Moosehaven Mausoleum with military
honors. Services conducted by Rev. Helen Taylor and Officers of

DUNN, CARL R. JR.
Carl R. Dunn Jr. 55, passed away on Dec. 29, 2004. He was born in New Bern,
NC. and resided in Orange Park for 20 years. Mr. Dunn was Senior Project
manager with the US Army Corps of Engineers for 29 years. Survivors include
his loving family: wife, Norna K. Dunn; 2 daughters: Angie Dunn and Christy
(Lee) Disori; and Brothers Mike Dunn and Charles Hickerson. Memorial services
were held Saturday, Dec. 25, with visitation 1 hour prior to service at
Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, Orange Park with Don Johnson officiating.

DUSENBERY, MARY M.
Mrs. Mary M. Dusenbery, 96, passed away peacefully Tuesday June 7, 2011.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary-Virginia Mason (John) and two
sons, Howard Dusenbery (Kristen) of Weaverville, NC and James Dusenbery
(Barbara) of New Milford, NJ; 5 grandchildren, Peter, Colleen, Annie,
Michael and Jesse and 4 great-grandchildren Kaley, Darby, Regan and
Sophia. She was predeceased by her husband, Howard and her brothers Fr.
Harold Masterson and James Masterson and her sister Ann Horne. A Mass of
Christian Burial was held at St. Catherine’s Church on Saturday June 11
