INGRAM, ADDIE
Mrs. Addie Ingram passed away June 11, 2011 at the age of 83. She was
born to William and Mary Shazer on April 8, 1928 in Rexford, Montana.
She became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose in November, 1984
when her husband, Richard joined Burnett County, WI Lodge #1194. Richard
and Addie came to Moosehaven on October 10, 2000. Richard preceded her
in death on October 10, 2004. Memorial services were held on June 14 in
the Moosehaven Chapel followed by inurnment in the Moosehaven Mausoleum.
Services were conducted by Rev. Helen Taylor and Officers of Opportunity
Chapter. She is survived by her daughters Sharon Baller of The Villages,
Fla.; and Barbara Cordes of Burnsville, Minn., and son, Phillip Ingram
